I am in the STARR GRAD program and I am in class Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m until 11:30 a.m. and then from 1:00 until 2:30 p.m. and even though all pods are out from 9:00 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. and from 4 p.m. until 6:45 p.m. the STARR and STARRGRADs are losing 2.5 hours of walk time everyday Monday thru Friday, so they are supposed to let us out at night from 9:00 p.m until 10:45 p.m., which is only 1 hr and 45 minutes, which stills means we are losing 45 minutes a day and on Monday and Tuesday nights they only let us out from 10:00 pm until 10:45 pm, and on Friday nights they don’t let us out at all. So we are missing another 1 hr 45 minutes of walk time. They used to let us out on Saturday and Sunday nights from 9:00 p.m. until 10:45 pm which in total is 3.5 hours, which they do not do any more. Which if they did would make up for all the time we get screwed out of every week, which they always try to justify. So if you will please put this in the booklet along with my other concerns so that everyone will know how we are being screwed yet again by Durham County Jail and once again you can use my name, Charles Kendall.
