Hello! How are you doing? I’m doing OK…I guess! My dad came and visit me last week. I should be going home next month, hopefully! I should get a letter from my family sometime this week. They should have somewhere to live by the end of this month or something…

But thank you for the compliment (on my drawing). I have noticed that my drawing/art skill has improved since I’ve been here. I’ve been doing a lot of drawing since I’ve been here, too. I’ve sent drawings to my family down here, to my mom up in Long Island, NY, to my ex-girlfriend in Bear Creek, and to my cousin in Texas. I’m sending you two other drawings I drew. I think you’ll like these, too. Are you going to make copies and send them back? I am proud of myself and my drawings and what I’ve accomplished since I’ve been here. I am 21 years old and I’ve been here 16 going on 17 months…And I’ve been through a lot, I’ve been through issues with people here, I’ve been through mental problems, emotional problems, physical problems, problems with my family, problems with the girl I was in love with, it’s a lot. The pod that I’m in is —. Of course if I hear people in the pod talking about y’all, I will be glad to join in the conversations. I’m trying to make a big drawing again, but there are certain characters I want to put in it…
